As you cruise the clear backcountry waters, your captain explains the role that mangrove islands and sea grass play as critical nurseries to the ocean’s fish, animals and birds. Have fun sandbar hopping, ideal for exploring shallow water habitat and playing in the warm water. Your captain keeps an eye out to show you native marine life, plants and colorful birds of Key West. See eagle rays, sea turtles, iguanas, herons, egrets, pelicans, belted kingfishers, ibis and other wildlife. Opportunities abound for nature pictures throughout your half-day tour. Snorkel shallow patch reefs with colorful fish, spiny lobster, sponge gardens and coral. Before entering the water, your captain provides you with expert instruction. We use quality split fins and polarized masks for the best experience while snorkeling. Don’t worry if you haven’t snorkeled before - its easy and the shallow, calm waters are ideal for beginners.

After snorkeling, come back aboard and rinse off the salt water with our fresh water rinse. Cool off with a complimentary chilled soft drink or water. Feel the tropical sun and gentle breezes caress your skin. This is paradise!
