20+ years Local Guide. Member of the Florida Keys Enviornomental Coalition. Co-Founder of C.E.R.T.S.
(Citizens Emergency Response Team Services). Sail/Windsurfer Instructor. Led U.S. Team vs. Cuban National Team in the Habana Challenge.  He is a U.S.C.G. certified Charter Captain.  Photography and bird watching are two of his favorite past times.

Carla Bellenger

20 years of experience working on the waters of the Florida Keys and the Gulf Coast of Alabama.  U.S.C.G. certified Charter Captain since the year 2000.   A member of the Florida Keys Wild Dolphin Alliance, co-founder of C.E.R.T.S. (Citizens Early Response Team Services), board member of the Key West Bight Preservation Association and is involved with many other wonderful organizations on the island.

Over 11 years experience as kayak guide/captain/crew in backcountry and reef environments off Key West. U.S.C.G. Charter captain.  Past life:  B.A. in Geology and environmental consulting “real world” job.  Loves:  running, paddle boarding and any time spent on the water.

Key West charter boat captain for 25 years.  He is also a scuba diving instructor.  Joe has vast experience leading all types of excursions in the Florida Keys, Dry Tortugas and other parts of the world and has recently been awarded the Society of American Travel Writers’ prestigious Phoenix Award for Eco-Tourism.
